Software Product Manager

Job description:

1. Own the product roadmap and manage priorities related to real-time-bidding system
2. Conduct competitive analysis determine and identify market trends and needs
3. Create roadmap for in-house and third-party data integration by working with business development and engineering
4. Define new user-interface requirements and develop appropriate wireframes for engineering
5. Co-operate with engineering to ensure timely delivery
6. Organize and facilitate internal and external (agency, direct advertisers and ad network customers) communications regarding new product features
7. Evaluate and assess the success of new features

Qualification:

1. Understanding of the mobile app space and of Internet/web technologies
2. Understand advertising space
3. Experience working with an agile engineering team
4. Experience with product development life cycle from concept to ship
5. Extremely well-organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities with dexterity
6. Demonstrable written, verbal and presentation skills
7. Technical background with a good mix of business analysis skills
8. High degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive

Other:

1. 5~ years in product management.
2. 2~ years in online advertising-oriented businesses.
3. Computer Science background is plus.
