有幾個小問題要先釐清。

☆原有的HyperSnap、FSCapture在XP或其它Windows舊版可以正常用，換到Vista就無法正常使用嗎？那可能是版本問題。

☆原有的HyperSnap、FSCapture在Vista可以正常使用，但最後這幾次就出現抓圖的問題？
可能要先看一下是否為軟體抓圖的設定？或是使用Vista的視窗特殊效果(ex. Aero-Glass)？

☆目前已使用新版的抓圖軟體，但還是有此現象？@O@那請跟代理商反應一下。
