怎麼讓某個Web目錄需要帳號密碼才可進入?

網路架構 windows server 2008 上網管理

如題，我想要讓
xxx. com/datacenter/
目錄需要帳號密碼才可進入
我是使用Apache+php+phpmyadmin+windows7
之後會移到Windows server 2012
也請告訴我Server設置帳號密碼才可進入目錄的方式
感激不盡^_^

apache的話，就是直接修改.htaccess 產生器
