dōTERRA International, LLC produces and distributes exceptionally high-quality CPTG (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade) essential oils through more than a million independent Wellness Advocates around the world. We are seeking a customer-service oriented IT professional with advanced technical skills. The candidate will play a key role and take direction from Corporate IT in providing computer, network and telephone support to dōTERRA employees and provide a quality end-user experience in a mixed Windows/Mac environment. The successful candidate must have the ability to provide technical support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position is based in Taichung, Taiwan.
Job Responsibilities:
This is a management position in a complex multi-platform production environment with a wide variety of duties that include, but not limited to:
• Manage complex integrations between corporate systems and local vendors (third party logistics partner, mobile solutions, payment gateways, etc.)
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks and telephone equipment (Windows & Mac environment)
• Work closely with corporate system engineers to install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Manage all Taiwan IT demands and priorities across all business units and work closely with regional and corporate teams to resolve issues and implement new projects/enhancements
• Manage multiple streams of work and prioritize for corporate resources and vendors
• Manage local vendor relationships, priorities, and workload
• Maintain strong working relationship with Taiwan management and other employees
• Continually automate, streamline, and scale local IT operations, systems and processes
• Recommend and assist in the implementation of tools for performance, security and availability
• Support corporate events that may be held in the region, corporate office, or elsewhere
• Manage IT team consisting of help desk and applications support staff
◆Job Specifications:
• 8-10+ years technical experience in a Windows server environment
• Ability to work without close supervision and under pressure
• Ability to present ideas and in a fast-growing office environment and have excellent communication skills (face-to-face, telephone, and written)
• Bilingual – Mandarin & English (spoken and written)
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Engineer with minimum four years of production hands-on experience
• Minimum 4 years production experience – Active Directory Support, Microsoft Windows and Windows Server Support, Microsoft Exchange Support
• Have multiple certifications, high skill level. The following certifications are preferred: MCSA/MCITP, CCNA/CCDA/CCVP/CCIE, VCP, Project+, Network+
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSL, IPSEC VPN and other relevant protocols
• SAP implementation experience is a must.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) in technical writing and documentation as well as, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Passion and skill to quickly investigate the root cause of a technical problem, understand why it happened, and prevent it in the future
