函數位址0x77dad83e產生保護錯誤

印表機 spools

幫同事安裝彩色印表機後出現以下錯誤訊息:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exe
函數位址0x77dad83e產生保護錯誤
請教各位前輩要如何處理呢?

感覺上好像是Driver 的衝突，可以提供彩雷的品牌型號嗎？
還有，可以在C:\WINDOWS\win.ini 查看看
先把它備份起來，比如備份到其它的地方
然後清空它的內容後
先重開機，再安裝一次驅動程式看看

Right-click on My Computer, choose Properties, click the Advanced tab, click the Settings button in the Performance panel, and click the Data Execution Prevention tab. The default setting is Turn on DEP for all programs except ws2_32.

應該是DEP(Data Execution Protection)所產生的問題，請調整相關設定再試試看。
