當我在FireFox中看到的網址為

可是當我複製網址後到其他視窗中貼上卻是下列的內容
http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E7%81%8C%E7%B1%83%E9%AB%98%E6%89%8B&variant=zh-hk

Q1)請問一下有哪邊可以找到相關的資訊呢?
Q2)為什麼網址需要轉碼?

安全 or 避免語系問題而誤判網址或參數

中文一般都不接受的
http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=灌籃高手&variant=zh-hk
所以建議你不要用中文在理頭
免的轉紙失效
