iText 產生 pdf adobe reader無法開啟問題

如題,
我使用 java iText 產生PDF,
並在瀏覽器設定為adobe reader打開,
但"偶爾"會開啟失敗,
錯誤訊息為此文件受損無法開啟或者
there was error opening this document the file is damaged and could not be repaired,
而這些檔案用其他方式開啟卻是沒有問題,請問高手們這種情況該如何解決或查起呢?

iText 5.5.10
jdk 1.8
tomcat 9
adobe reader 9
