payment pending (unilateral). order status changed from pending payment to on hold.

付款交易後，只能顯示ON HOLD，我查看PAYPAL BUSSINESS ACC的FUNDING沒有金錢增加，是不是代表沒有收到錢，已經查看很久也沒找出答案。
