OUTLOOK無法搜尋、無法建立索引且無法執行Windows Search

我的OUTLOOK 2016無法搜尋，點選看索引狀態就只會出現正在載入

在索引選項裡面都空的，點選進階裡面的重建索引也沒有作用

在服務裡面的Windows Search也無法啟動，狀態一直顯示正在停止，進去內容啟動類型改自動也是一直是正在停止。

但資料夾的搜尋功能是可以正常使用，只有在OUTLOOK搜尋不能作用，請問有哪位高手能幫忙解決!!困擾很久了!!

你是說再建一個PST檔嗎??我之前有建立新的PST檔，一樣不行。
