DropMyRights 是WinXP下用的一個工具, 用來鎖住應用程式的權限
避免因為WIndows使用Administrator帳號登入
而使得應用程式擁有過大的權限
以保護Windows不會太容易遭到惡意程式所破壞 (例如病毒或木馬)

使用 Visual Studio 2010 重建 DropMyRights.exe
並且經過實際驗證過
