像華碩.宏碁這樣的公司都有分研發部.品管部..等等部門,各各部門一定有個專業的制式流程,
請問有電腦硬體檢測流程表嗎?如:1.液晶螢幕2.電腦主機3.筆記型電腦4.印表機5.伺服器..各大項的檢測流程
請iT幫幫忙的大大提供我相關的專業流程,或是有一套制識的流程表(書面資料報告)

Normally, hardware principal called it "Preventive Maintenance" process.

It is subject to hardware and OS and the tool is different.
For IBM AIX + System P hardware, the function call "syscfg.sh" and output is "syscfg.html". After output, customer engineer (CE) will upload into internal website to check the firmware, patches, fileset by tool.
For Sun OS + hardware, the function call "system explorer + GUDs", after the data collection, upload into internal website to get some advice.
Dell server has one tool can be downloaded and running both Windows and Linux platform, send back result to Dell support to give u some advice to follow up.
