不過這樣是差在哪裡不過用中華電信可以PING到對方的IP
用我們的DNS SERVER解析就不是可以PING到對方的IP
另外在我們的MAIL SERVER TCPIP裡有設 PRIMARY為 168.95.1.1
但是這個情況還是發生了,user純寄信而已沒有寄附件
不知有沒有前輩有遇到這個問題?
自己有試著寄給對方,對方是有回信,我也有收到~
所以我也很頭痛~

psmtp.com 是由postini.com管控的域名, 而postini.com是google.com的mail安全服務:

而錯誤是來自psmtp發出的, 因此, 依據官方說法: http://www.google.com/support/appsecurity/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=138899
錯誤的原因: the message security server has lost its connection to your receiving mail server when it was expecting an acknowledgment of the SMTP DATA command or message completion. This is a symptom of some sort of networking issue between the security service and the receiving mail server during an SMTP session, or an issue on the receiving server.
也就是postini.com到maxlinear.com的mail server連線有某些問題, 或者maxlinear.com的mail server回應SMTP的ACK未達之類的.
官文中也提到:This error normally occurs on an intermittent and limited basis, but could be consistent with certain types of messages, such as messages over a certain size. 也就是email訊息過大也有可能有問題.
因此, 應該是"對方"的問題, 請聯繫maxlinear.com由他們去聯繫postini.com
如果真的如B大講的哪樣,我就真的頭了,哪可是外國客戶,小弟的英文可能沒辦法跟外國人溝通,還是十分感謝B大的熱情回覆

補充:
退信訊息是己方的mail server發出的, 並非對方的 MX / mail server .
無論是從 dns.hinet.net 還是樓主的server 進行 DNS query maxlinear.com ,
查出來的結果其實是一樣的, 亦即, 對方網域並無設定錯誤.
*.s5a1.psmtp.com (至少90個以上)都會對應到 64.18.4.10 ,
就是說, 它是很多網域共用的 MX
小弟現在有點慌了!不知是我方退件!還是對方退件!
是己方的smtp server(RaidenMAILD)系統退件通知,
但原因是與對方的MX連線失敗造成, 跟bizpro大的解釋並不衝突喔!
比方說, 原信件出現特定字元/斷行..等因素的瑕疵,
導致對方mail daemon不知道信件到底何時結束? 連線好一段時間都沒結果,
這時對方daemon就可能採取無條件中斷連線的作法.
我想這應該是偶發事件.
無論如何, 就本案而言, 不會是你所懷疑, 對方domain/MX設定上的可能失誤.
退信的原因,我幫你找了下,我的認識呢,就是要不然就是他那邊的服務器無問題了,或者你換個郵箱發送一下試試..這個地方詳細介紹了,退信的原因如下:
