想請教一下大家，之前寄給客戶的信(xxxx@aol.com)，一直都是OK的

不過最近都會被退信，錯誤內容如下:

X-Postfix-Sender: rfc822; xxxx@xxxx.com
Arrival-Date: Wed, 3 Jun 2015 11:45:56 +0800 (CST)

Status: 5.2.1
Remote-MTA: dns; mailin-01.mx.aol.com
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 521 5.2.1 : AOL will not accept delivery of this
message.

依據敝司的經驗...
1.反解失敗
2.沒有SPF record
3.被列黑名單

AOL只說他們不收這封mail,卻沒說為啥不收,先看看貴公司的IP是不是被列入RBL吧,如果不是這樣,也就只能連絡AOL的客服了....

應該不是黑名單，因為黑名單基本上是 5.7.1 垃圾信件回應，或是直接被拒絕
AOL有提供資料表對應，依照處理方式解決即可

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 521 5.2.1 : AOL will not accept delivery of this
message.

Possible Cause: Local mail is refused because the message is too big. A missing Master Account Security ID number (SID) on the recipient can also cause this error message.

請先確認檔案是否太肥大

信件過大應該是552...
他們官方SMTP Error Code剛好沒521...

552 Message exceeds maximum fixed size
This indicates that the mail sent was larger than AOL currently allows. The largest piece of e-mail that an AOL member can accept from or sent to the Internet is 16 megabytes. This includes the message text, headers and the attachment combined. These sizes can not be changed.

521通常是IP被擋比較多啦..
