• 1st. Level Support - Workstations & Notebooks, Printers and Servers
• SAP related topics (create users, printing issues, business process analysis and performance analysis).
• Procurement, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and monitoring of the clients and printer environment.
• Software installation and configuration for local devices and servers (Windows, Linux and Mac OS) within SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Administration of users at Microsoft Azure Exchange Online Cloud and On-Premise Exchange servers.
• Administration of Network (configuration of Switches and Access Points) in collaboration within HQ.
• Administration and support of Turnkey SQL Server (Interface to SAP)
• Support in the improvement and further development of operational ICT processes
• Drafting of operating concepts, work and process instructions as well as process descriptions
• 2-8 years of experience in IT function, in a multinational company
• Good English reading, writing and speaking skills (fluent conversation possible)
• Experience with ticketing system
• Experience with Windows operating system, Server and Exchange, Citrix (optional), SAP
• Knowledge about Apple products like iPod / iPhone
• Analytical thinking and high sense of responsibility
