工作地點: 香港, oncall
上班時間: 周一至周五 09:00-18:00, 其餘時間若需上班, 都算加班

職責敘述:
· Install, troubleshoot, and maintain client equipment (e.g. HP/SUN/IBM Servers).
· Identify, analyze, and repair product failures.
· Maintain and order spare parts as needed.
· Determine and recommend which product or services best fit the customers' needs.
· Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
· Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures a plus.

所需條件:
· Cantonese: Native or Bilingual; English: communicable
· Netapp and Dell storage support
· Possess positive attitude and strong analytical skills
· Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently without supervision and within a team environment
· Must possess a professional demeanor and the ability to develop effective working relationships with end users and stakeholders
· A good team player
· CompTia A+ and/or Server+ certification a plus.
