徵求 System Support 工程師 1~2 位

職務內容
We are looking for a System Support Engineer to help deliver best service to our rapidly expanding user base. In addition to the support duties, based on your interest and ability, you will have a few projects to manage through, e.g. Docker, Plugin development, etc.

工作項目

• Technical support LiteSpeed products, including remote troubleshooting in clients’ environment via SSH, covering support issues, server installation, site optimization, improving page score and troubleshooting on demand.
• Answering questions on LiteSpeed Forums and some cache plugin, e.g. WordPress Forum
• Technical support for QUIC.cloud online services
• Maintenance and update of knowledge base

待遇
年薪 USD 20,000 - 30,000, 年終將根據表現另計
約等於 NTD 560,000 - 840,000 年終將根據表現另計
