我們公司使用www.google.com/a/xxx.com信箱,其他人寄信收信都正常,唯一這個user luoxxx@uc-lxxxx.com 收不到別人寄的信,可以正常寄出去,但是透過其他不同家或同一個網域寄給他,都會收到下列問題,我也查過DNS設定正常,假如dns不正常,其他user也會一樣的問題,請問要如何解決

550 User unknown 就是指mail sever找不到這個帳號，所以退信，你再仔細check一下這個user的帳號有沒有key錯，例如數字或英文字母有沒有搞混，如果還是不行就砍掉重建試試看，另外google信箱的帳號有些特殊字元，例如+號等，儘量避免使用數字及英文字母以外的特殊字元
我記得之前在網路上有看到部分mail server會block無法反解的mail server，如果是這個問題，應該是要聯絡uc-lxxxx.com的管理員開放設定。
