有幾個小問題要先釐清。

☆原有的HyperSnap、FSCapture在XP或其它Windows舊版可以正常用，換到Vista就無法正常使用嗎？那可能是版本問題。

☆原有的HyperSnap、FSCapture在Vista可以正常使用，但最後這幾次就出現抓圖的問題？
可能要先看一下是否為軟體抓圖的設定？或是使用Vista的視窗特殊效果(ex. Aero-Glass)？

☆目前已使用新版的抓圖軟體，但還是有此現象？@O@那請跟代理商反應一下。

根據我的經驗，你用Ctrl+Alt+W，預設是抓Window，本來就會只抓你要的「某一塊方形區域」（會讓你指定」。你要連Menu，應該把滑鼠指標移到更高的位置，指定讓HyperSnap連Menu去抓。你讓它抓下方的區域，就會只有下方區域的畫面（不含Menu）。
或是，你乾脆用Ctrl+Alt+A去抓，更直接。
和Vista、WinXP應該無關吧？
至於你以前的經驗？我不清楚原因，但是HyperSnap一直是這樣。
