請教 Rumtime error 的解決方式

當我在oulook 2003 編輯信件內容時，會跳出以下錯誤：
"Runtime Error!
Program C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\WINWORD.EXE
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

這是怎樣的錯誤阿? 請教各位要怎樣解決呢?

作業系統：Vista 32位元
Office 2003

不外乎安裝移除軟體之間，掉了什麼必要的 DLL 或是有相衝的 plug-in。

非常謝謝您提供的網址
在加上我自己找的資料，我大概用以下步驟去處理：
1.刪除 normal.dot 且重建
2.放入Office 2003光碟，讓她去偵測且修復
3.移除 Adobe Reader 改用 Foxit Reader
4.調整虛擬記憶體
5.關掉不必要開機就啟動的程序
6.清理C磁區
這是我處理的方式，現在看來很正常...
