請教各位大大
最近同仁反應有某公司的信件收不到
今天做了一下smtpdiag的測試
從客戶端發送到我司郵件主機的信件是沒問題
但是客戶反應會收到退件訊息
如下

說明中寫的很清楚了
寄件人寄信時,他的收件者太多了
已經超過郵件伺服器的設定值
可以請他把收件者的數量減低就可以
可是今天測試的時候 對方同時寄給廠內同事 以及副本給我的gamil信件
gmail是可以收到的
但是同事就是收不到
而且對方很久之後才收到退件訊息

對方郵件伺服器去查貴公司DNS是不是有問題啊? (對方可能是連接超時錯誤)

叫對方在郵件伺服器上用nslookup查一查就行吧

同一位址某時段的寄信筆數超過spam server的設定值, 所以該位址被封鎖, gmail 沒超過所以可以收信.
請MIS將 SPAM server 的每分鐘收信上限放大些.
