無權限去安裝piwik系統軟體的問題

各位大大:

我已經啓動Apache Web Server , 但是在網址上Key上http://localhost/piwik/index.php後準備要安裝piwik系統軟體,結果出現如右的訊息 -> you don't have permission to access /piwik/index.php on this server,可是,我已經用chmod指令去改為777了,結果還是說無權限去做安裝的動作,懇問大大要怎麼解決?

這是mod_security的控管:
(1)修改設定
http://piwik.org/faq/troubleshooting/#faq_100
(2)關閉mod_security

Root權限去做，Apache 重新reload
