SONICWALL防火牆出現錯誤訊息 Failed to synchronize license information with Licensing Server

小弟公司防火牆老舊，為SONICWALL PRO 3060 Enhanced
近來一直出現錯誤訊息
Services Failed to synchronize license information with Licensing Server. Please see http://help.mysonicwall.com/licsyncfail.html (code: 1001)

但是小弟我照著上面的超連結去做
1001 - DNS resolution failed. Check DNS configuration settings and the availability of the currently configured DNS server.

還是沒有辦法解決問題。
請問大家有用SONICWALL 的前輩們，是否有遇到這樣的問題呢?
或者 有前備可以指點迷津的呢?

可以先確認看看SonicWall的license server 名稱和ip，然後確認看看給的DNS能否正常解析。我沒用過SONICWALL，不過就錯誤訊息來說我會這樣嘗試看看。
