DWG TrueView 無法安裝一直要重開機

如題，小弟在某台 W7-64 上想安裝 DWG TrueView
結果 Windows 一直要重開機，但重開機後也無法安裝，鬼打牆一直迴圈重開機需求

請問有沒有遇過這狀況的？
或是請推薦其他免費好用的 CAD 圖預覽軟體呢？
