你沒有開通付費帳戶。
所謂的付費帳戶，就是要登記信用卡。
如果你有信用卡的話就可以登記為付費帳戶。
不過放心。預設是不付費的。只是登記上去。
還是可以用免費額度。一但免費額度用完了就會停用。
不過你如果不開通付費帳戶的話。是連免費額度也不能用的。
