mac SERVER製作xsan初始化出現伺服器錯誤代碼1013

第一次製作sxan遇到難題
會跳出無法製作卷宗，伺服器錯誤代碼1013，如圖
不管是用光纖通道或是使用Thunderbolt 3連接硬碟
但是網路上怎麼都找不到這錯誤代碼的涵義，實在是不知道哪邊出問題會產生這條碼
請問有大大遇過這問題並排除的經驗嗎

使用電腦-mac mini 2018(10.15.3版)
安裝目前最新版本的 mac server app(5.9版)
