SQL server 列出全部DB每個table的帳號權限

想請問各位大大
要如何列出SQL Server全部DB所有table的帳號權限呢?(下圖紅色框)
想列出紅色框 框出的每個帳號

目前找到的都是只有列出帳號在哪些DB有Select權限的語法
希望可以找到單一帳號 對應每個DB的每個table的結果~
EX: account DBname table

抱歉沒說清楚,
請問我可以列出每個帳號對應哪些DB的table權限嗎?
您的方法好像要一個table一個table下語法查詢
但是公司table有夠多
想說能不能只要對特定帳號下語法
所有帳號對應的DB的table權限都能顯示,
