改成If Cells(i, 3) = "male" then試試看
不然就
改成If Cells(i, 3) = "男性" then試試看
不然就
改成If Cells(i, 3) = "男" then試試看
不然就
改成If Cells(i, 3) = "M" then試試看
不然就
改成If Cells(i, 3) = "陽" then試試看
不然就
改成If Cells(i, 3) = "1" then試試看
