Rufus 安裝 win11, 無法開啟windows安全性

使用Rufus 安裝 win11，
無勾選「Remove requirement for 4GB+ RAM, Secure Boot and TPM 2.0」和「Remove requirement for an online Microsoft account」。

安裝完後要開啟windows 安全性卻會跳出：
無法開啟此[windowsdefender]連結視窗，

有使用Windows PowerShell執行：
PS C:\Windows\system32> Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage

但卻沒改善...
不知道是不是要勾選「Remove requirement for an online Microsoft account」安裝才可以解決這問題呢？

改用mediacreationtool(微軟官方Tool)做USB在裝一次呢?

1.從Windows 設定，系統，應用與功能，

找到集市，點擊一下，進階選項裏面重設應用。

2.以管理員身份運行CMD 輸入下面命令，

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth 等完成，

輸入 SFC /scannow 等完成。

輸入 wsreset 等完成，看看有沒有問題。
