IBM Notes hsts調整問題

請問各位大大
我想修改hsts 秒數 以及includesubdomains
我有在notes.ini輸入指令
http_hsts_max_age=31536000
http_hsts_include_subdomains=1

有用SSLLAB以及HSTS test工具檢測 看到秒數成功修改了 但未顯示includesubdomains
想請教各位大大 有人知道是我指令輸入錯誤嗎

目前版本ibm notes9.0.1 FP10
