去年底收到google通知說app要有刪除帳號的功能並需補寫聲明,否則app會被封鎖。
我app去年底已先將功能更新後上架了,聲明也在今年一月初填好並送出,
但等到二月底都還沒下文?
有聯絡google,回覆說「確實超出正常審核周期,會幫我反饋給相應的團隊,只能等待他們的回復並完成審核流程....」,
但又過了兩個禮拜仍沒回應,所以又留言問一次,仍以同樣的說法回覆我,
因為聲明的期限是五月中還是五月底,目前一直不知是否能通過,
擔心的是時間越近,要是後來被告知不通過,目前也無人力去緊急做相應的處理。
我詢問都是在google console的右上角點「?」號,再找裡面的「與我們聯絡」,
請問是否還有別的管道?不然都超過了三個月,真不知是要等到什麼時候??有夠久的!
