The 13 high-end buildings in the project have a 2B+G+24 floor plan that gives their residents a lot of room, great air flow, and stunning views of the city skyline. The Birla Evara Floor Plan calls for homes that are 449 to 1,630 square feet. The unit prices will go up to Rs. 16,400 per square foot once the work starts.
