Introduction

Scrum是一種敏捷(agile)方法，一開始你會先建立一個產品代辦事項(product backlog)，開發工作會在時間較短暫而固定長度的迭代(iteration)內進行，會有一個能做好良好自我管理的跨職能團隊(cross functional team)來負責完成所有工作，產品負責人(Product Owner)跟開發團隊就可以去調整下次要做什麼，以及要怎麼做，每次迭代結束後，都應該要有一個一定程度上可以供立即交付的產品(potential shippable product)，或是產品的功能增量(increment)。

Kanban

容易中斷的工作(Interrupt Driven Work)，在敏捷方法中比較適合使用看板方法(Kanban)。

看板方法(Kanban)：

• 工作流視覺化
• 同時開工但尚未完工(Work In Process, WIP)
• 持續改善(continuous improvement)
