Bias for women in the IT field which happened a lot even females could get bias with other females.

Last time, while we talk about career paths. We mention that in the IT field, a female is easy to be given suggestions to work as an accountant, a supporter, a sale, or a nurse.

Another example is, a male who talks about females with humor and bias, people will think that is normal or as the person shows his men power. However, females who are doing the same thing as talk about men with humor are going to be isolated by society.

The same things happened with wordings to describe a male and a female. There was a ted talk (sorry forget which one) mentioning that while people talk about a male who works very hard. They use the word as aggressive to describe the male. However, if there is a female who works as hard as the male. People usually only say that she is working hard. However, by the wording, they mean different things. Why is this happening? We don't know. It seems in our generation we have been taught to describe and trade differently. And, most of us are so used to describing male and female in different words. Like one of the Global Managers who I met in a meeting once told us, "even myself could be in the bias of females without realizing while choosing the words to describe. Until my member notified me that I was using different words."

The other example is on chances to be given, males are easy to be given higher prices on the salary and given a chance to take a higher position. Even if they make mistakes, people only say that males will learn from their mistake and need to try again to do better. For the females, the company is easy to give super lower salaries. While there are chances, even if we fight or ask for taking the chances, we usually are easy to recieve turned down messages by many excuses. If females are making mistakes, people usually will give words as suggesting to her as to get married and better not get into the working field again.

Sometimes, I wonder if they think that a female does not need to feed her family or the whole history is back to a hundred years again.
