In my career path, there is one type of job that I was afraid of and did not want to learn or touch about which is sales or with finance. However, what you are afraid of is the one that you still need to face one day.

Everything started with that I wanted to learn more about the market. However, to know more about the market with my own opinions, I have to learn how to read finance reports. However, by studying finance classes online, I still have issues to know how to adapt it to my career and how to use the knowledge. Especially, as an engineer how to connect my past experience with financial and market fields, I had a lot of questions within. After a long time searching and communicating with my friends, there are two friends who came out as engineers in their earlier careers and changed to sales or pre-sale later. Both of them are the owner of their companies now. Through their sharing and guidance, I started to understand more about the connections that I sought between engineers and the market. I started to know a little bit about how to see a game through a financial report or the market trend. I know that there are more I need to learn and practice with, yet both of them show me that I do not need to fear. Even though I did not play with the market and sales, they are still part of my life and affected how we work and the trend of technology. Therefore, it is important to understand and know how to use it by learning.

Therefore, I found that in this generation. We don't have much choice yet to learn everything. So that the more we understand, the more chances we could catch and not fear about or don't know how to handle it.
