Responsibilities:

As an "AI Solution Specialist (frontier business)", we expect you to have a mature technical background, great communication skill, leadership experience, and logical reasoning ability of business.
AI Solution Specialist (frontier business) needs to have the ability to understand client needs and be familiar with the company's technology.

1. Requirements Definition & Solution Proposal (main business)

• Boosting client experience by figuring out what their true Goals, Expectations Hidden Requirements are, and make it a reality while considering the technical difficulties
• Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive and propose business solutions
• Design the solution required by the client by imagining not only the technical and engineering viewpoints but also the usability as a product and UX

2. Alignment of Technology and Strategic Management

• Cooperate with Project Tech Lead and overseas developers to implement AI technology in projects and products to achieve high quality and meet client needs 
• Manage project and product progress effectively to stick to the delivery schedule

3. Development Plan

• Have a cross-disciplinary understanding of technology and can propose future development plans for AI solutions from a new perspective
• Comprehensively define the necessary elements of AI development, engineering, UI/UX, etc. under consideration of business information
• Be able and enjoy making scaffolding one by one because there are many projects for which the correct answer is unknown due to ambiguous specifications and unknown market conditions

Qualifications:

• Excellent level of spoken/reading English and Japanese, which you can discuss requirements definition with clients fluently
  Please provide any information that can prove your ability in English and Japanese in your resume.
  (For example the certificate, education, or living period in Japan...)
• Have high achievements in product development and delivery and at least one of which uses machine learning
• Experience in product operation and maintenance and at least one of which uses machine learning
• Have general knowledge of machine learning 
• Have a track record in Natural Language Processing (regardless of research, development, PM)
• Knowledge of standard software development process
• Communication skills that allow business development teams to discuss complex concepts inconsistently
• Collaboration skills to collaborate with overseas research teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge and research achievements in natural language processing
• Other machine learning research achievements
• Research and development experience of natural language processing products
• Experience with research team management
• Experience working with Japanese clients

Salary:

NT$ 70,000 - 180,000 (月薪)
