Auto 設定問題：如何把別的專案 cloning an issue 到這個專案也能自動產生 subtask
之前測試失敗的原因是automation 的trigger無法來自另外一個automation
目前提供的解決辦法是，手動改變issue的lables值讓它自動產生subtasks
a. A project 原本就有設定issue clone 到B 專案，假設是transition時trigger
b. 在B專案設定，當value改變時，lables=colne，自動產生subtask
c. 測試結果：成功，當issue 自動clone到B專案時，需要手動添加lable即可自動產生subtasks
