How can I block access to gmail when using "white list"?

I use 'White List" on my router to allow all susers to access only one website. All other websites are blocked except GMail. Users still can access GMAIL. Does anyone know how I can block access to websites except for those allowed on the "White List"? Thank you!

What's you gateway device ?

Thanks! It is D-Link: DIR-625. I use website filter to allow accesing one website only. Users cannot go to other websites, except the one allowed and Gmail. I want to block Gmail as well. Thanks!
