公司有許多人使用outlook 開啟POP3收Notes信件, 但是只有某一位的密碼一直無法通過POP驗證(但卻可以開啟Notes Web Mail), 試過 tell pop3 exit 及 exit 重啟Notes 但都無效,請問如何知道Notes User的 POP 是否被lock住? 又如何解除它? 多謝.

就一般 *nix 而言，看 mail log 就可看到錯誤訊息，
有可能是因為 超過 quota、
mailbox 的格式不對…等問題；
而其POP會用到的檔案，
都蠻容易找到而進行處理。
至於 Notes 上的 POP 服務，
也一定有 log 檔，
參考一下：

看是否能夠查詢到 POP 的錯誤訊息？
照理就可以依：
Viewing event messages, causes, and solutions
錯誤訊息的指示，指出解決方式。
果然答案是 Quota超過, 不過log 寫的很含糊令人抓不到頭緒如下:
