在Git開始進行出現fatal，怎麼解決呢？

fatal: Unable to create 'C:/Users/kyoto/.git/index.lock': File exists.

Another git process seems to be running in this repository, e.g.
an editor opened by 'git commit'. Please make sure all processes
are terminated then try again. If it still fails, a git process
may have crashed in this repository earlier:
remove the file manually to continue.

這是我在github建立new repository之後在git輸入each "" >> README.md開始輸入git init之後出現這個問題，我也試著輸入git add README.md,依舊出現一樣的情況，我不知道index.lock是什麼意思呢??要如何使用什麼方法強迫關閉它，我只能用github desktop或sourcetree傳到github.真是困惑~~

上面有說 .git 那目錄存在呀!
即然是初始化吧那目錄砍了吧

刪除 C:\User\kyoto\.git

你那訊息是

Another git process seems to be running in this repository
Please make sure all processes are terminated then try again.

有其他 git 程序在這目錄執行 .... 請將 git 程序停止

你好~~
我己經試著刪除，還是一樣出現的情況，但是有其他git程序要如何停止呢?
或者直接全部刪除，重新下戴呢?會不會出現一樣的情況呢??

你在用 cmd 做 git 的時候 git IDE 有沒有關掉
