MariaDB 10.4 設定SSL連線，求解

請問各位大神幫助小弟以下問題求解

在windows環境安裝MariaDB10.4要設定ssl，透過openssl 產生 x509憑證，產出CA與Server與Client(Client與Server的Common Name 都不一樣)

登入時會產生以下錯誤

網路上查到的是MariaDB 10.4 以上用SSL_Library都綁WolfSSL(version_ssl_library => WolfSSL 5.1.1)有Bug與"FIPS-ready"有關，很多網路文章都是在Linux環境使用下命令動態鏈接到系統上的OpenSSL共享庫的ldd。

WolfSSL 有查到用PKCS #8，但是試很多方式還是沒有成功，想請問各位大神我要怎麼產生或是怎麼設定才可以正常資料庫走SSL連線。
