資訊不足, 應該要包含整個錯誤訊息, 也就是從kernel panic...到end kernel panic...之間
kernel panic - not syncing attempted to kill init
....
end kernel panic - not syncing attempted to kill init
那個end是指kernel panic - not syncing ...的錯誤dump的結尾. 所以是
「結尾內核錯誤-不一致, 要終結開機初始化(init)」, 錯誤是not syncing, 發生錯誤後的處理方法是要終結開機初始化(attempted to kill init), 因此就不再開機了.

但是, 事發前:

用Acronis True Image備份還原到EXSI 卻無法開機

推測應該是硬體(如CPU)不相容. 或者是Acronis True Image轉換異常。導致內核錯誤-不一致(kernel panic-not syncing)的問題.
可能要修改grub, 也許是fstab的UUID問題, 這問題只能實機解, 難解. 或者試試用VMware的工具轉. 或者不要用image的方式轉, 而是重建....
