  2. How to directly create the file under src/main/resources instead of local?

命令列下使用`cd`指令切換資料夾到`src/main/resources`建立檔案，或是直接指定完整路徑創建檔案，如果這是瀏覽器介面，那應該會提供右鍵建立檔案的操作方法，對準`resources`按右鍵建立檔案吧
