MSSQL TBALE 資料是否可以做到條件下 無法異動

您好：
若有一個TABLE，
平常開放可以新增/修改/刪除/查詢

在SQL 端
但可否可以做到
比如 TABLE的 stuc='C'，就無法修改/刪除了
或者，星級幾，每月1日就無法修改/刪除了
