[已解決] SendGrid 註冊後出現 account is under review

各位前輩好，想請教SendGrid問題

透過GCP啟用SendGrid Email API服務，SendGrid註冊後出現
Your account is under review Please check your ticket history for more information or contact us with questions....

問題如下

  1. 點選ticket history連結，狀態為Solved 代表帳號已經通過審核了嗎? 或是要主動聯絡SendGrid?

  2. 若帳號審核中(under review)，是否就不能寄信?
    (自己測試是不行寄信，mail狀態有Processed但沒Delivered的紀錄)

寄信是用Single Sender Verification來驗證寄件者，有驗證成功

寄信程式為C# .net framework 4.5.2用Nuget套件SendGrid的SendGridClient，有確定程式可以正常執行發email
