GCP CloudSql SqlServer費用問題

有個問題想問：
我有使用CloudSql SqlServer的服務，規格是 8core 12G RAM SqlServer 2019 Std，而當月費用也如GCP價格計算機計算出來的差不多，約1700鎂，唯在ComputeEngine的費用底下多了一條CloudSql的費用：

Licensing Fee for SQL Server 2019 Standard for Cloud SQL on VM with more than 4 VCPU
費用約1300鎂

想問，這是正常的嗎？如果不是正常的，要怎麼知道這筆花費是因為什麼緣故呢？

會不會是VM使用了8Core的原因呢?
看樓上DennisLu大的資料 6F81-5844-456A這項的報價是只提供1-４VCPU使用，所以才有另外一筆Licensing Fee for SQL Server 2019 Standard for Cloud SQL on VM with more than 4 VCPU的收費~～
