OpenCart 的後端管理功能，不只提供了多管理者的功能，更可設定不同的管理群組，開放不同的操作功能項目，讓店家可以依不同工作職務的人員，給予不同的權限帳號，相當方便。
例如如果有些人員只負責商品的上下架功能，可以只開放商品管理的功能給他們即可，可以不用連會員資料管理、訂單資料管理都開放給他們，商家因此可以對這些重要資料有所保護。
如果您覺得這樣還不夠，那您可以安裝今天要介紹的這套 User Activity Monitor / Track User's Event 模組，此模組額外提供了紀錄各管理帳號的操作動作，包括管理者登入、變更密碼、更新帳號資料、新增/更新/刪除商品、新增/更新/刪除分類商品、刪除訂單等等。
大部是一些基本的操作紀錄，如果您想要紀錄更多，可以再自行(或委託廠商)修改這套模組，新增您想記錄的部分(例如查詢會員資料)，來增加系統的稽查能力，這種客製化的操作紀錄，都是一般開店平台無法做到的功能，這也是選用 OpenCart 架站的好處之一。
