先到你的 dialogflow console

1. 點設定
2. 選General
3. 選V2 API
4. Enable beata features

1. 選 Knowledge
2. 點 Create the first one.
3. 填 Knowledge base name

1. 選 Knowledge
2. 點 Create the first one 
3. 填 document name.
4. 選 text/html 在 Mime Type list.
5. 選 FAQ 在 Knowledge Type list.
6. 填 Data Source. https://dialogflow.com/v2-faq
7. 點 CREATE.

然後你問他問題，他就會去撈答案了。
但是實測，如果你的問題不完善，他其實判斷不出你的意圖。
例如：Do I have to pay if I use the Google Assistant 或者是 If I use the Google Assistant do I have to pay ? 都可以吐給你答案，但你要問 Do I have to pay ? 他是猜不到的。
