Our company Reload IT Service Ltd. have been dedicate as IT Service provider for 20 years in Taiwan. We have many on-site service projects with foreign companies in Taiwan. With those projects, we've already got engineers on board, however, we were requested to have 2 backfill engineers ready in record. Those backfill engineers are not necessary to present in workplace. We require few backfill engineers to pass the English interviews for us and let us keep your profile in data. Backfill engineers will be paid if pass the interviews. There will be three step interviews, each interview held by video call, last about 10 mins. An appointment will be made in advance. You can choose your available time and place to do it.
The questions asked during interviews are almost the same, for example,

1. Tell the difference between PST and OST.
2. How to deal with user network failure, how to deal with network printer not working.
3. Whether you have used Citrix VDI… etc.
   There is no standard answer to those questions. The main points they are considering is the English listening and speaking skills and IT thinking logic.
