首先我們要去下載的IDE，我會使用IntelliJ，如果要用Visual Studio Code也可以。

根據自己的系統去裝就行了，因為之前也有使用過VSCode，因為不習慣所以就用IntelliJ，如果想用Visual Studio Code，可以去下載Theme跟icon，改成自己喜歡的就可以了
這次我會用PostgreSQL來當作資料庫，所以也可以先下載好

然後我自己是比較習慣圖形化介面所以我會去多下載一個pgAdmin 4

下一章就會開始正式安裝環境了喔～
