請教一下PowerEdge R710掛hyper-v沒辦法啟動vm

請問各位前輩，小弟手邊有台PowerEdge R710，安裝完hyper-v後沒辦法啟動?
bios裡我只有調整Virtualization Technology => Enabled
不知道還有什麼地方需要調整的，謝謝!
cpu是x5560

R710 絕對可以跑 Hyper-V
主要要檢查，的確就是BIOS設定
Virtualization Technology一定要啟動(Enabled)
BIOS設定修改, 一定要整部主機冷開機一次
再試試看吧!!
仍然不行, 看看有沒有更詳細的錯誤訊息可以貼出來瞧瞧!!

設定完還是一樣"無法啟動虛擬機器"，識別碼為3112、3040、18161

My experience for your info:
When we try to increase the memory on our R710 from original 24 GB add another 48 GB, after adding the memory modules the server can not power up.
It's end up that the new module can not be added to the second bank of the emply slots. We need to remove the first (6 x 4 GB) and install the (6 x 8 GB) on ther first bank of slot and move the (6 x 4 GB) to the second bank of the slots. After that our ESX4i working again.
